Watch for details of a NEW Northern Health and BC Schizophrenia Society joint initiative starting in Fall 2008 – COUPLES GROUP

The focus of this new initiative will be to provide a group for couples ( i.e. parents, grandparents, extended family members) affected by mental illness.  The individual living with mental illness might be a partner, child, adolescent, adult child, parent or grandparent.  The Couples Group will provide a specialty service to couples affected by mental illness whose needs as a couple are not being addressed with current NH, BCSS or community  services.
