Where: Lower Mainland Purpose Society (#40 Begbie St., New West)

KIDS IN CONTROL
offers EDUCATION and SUPPORT to children between the ages of 8 –13 who have a parent with a mental illness. 

Children learn how to cope with and understand their parents’ mental illness while learning healthy self-care tools.

All this is done in a fun and interactive setting using games and crafts with other children that share the experience having a parent with a mental illness.
