Richmond - BCSS - Group discussion on Parents with Mental Illness
If you are a parent with a mental illness, or a friend or family member of a parent with a mental illness, or have a parent with a mental illness, we hope you will attend one of three evenings of food, fun and small group discussion coming up the first week of November.
Here are the details! Several community agencies, including BCSS, have organized these events in Richmond to encourage Richmond families to come and discuss what kind of supports they have in their lives and what do they need from their community.
The evening will provide a light supper, entertainment for the children and a chance for adults and teens to discuss in small groups what kind of support they would like from the community of Richmond.
Friday, November 7, from 5:30 - 7:30
Location: Gilmore Park United Church, 8060 No. 1 Road
You do not have to preregister for this event but please note: it’s only for families living in Richmond!!
