Strengthening Families Together – Do you have a relative or friend living with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety or schizophrenia? This FREE workshop for families and friends provides information about mental illnesses, coping and communication skills, problem solving, medications and treatments, how to support your loved one and self-care. We will soon finalize the dates for our Spring 2012 session. tThe course will likely start in late April or early May and run one evening per week for six weeks.
