Summer Hours at B.C. Schizophrenia Society

With summer around the corner, it's important to know who is around when an emergency strikes. Regional Educators and other staff will be taking some time to recharge over the next few months.

Here is a list of who to contact while your local Regional Educator is away.

Wills and Trusts Seminars

BC Schizophrenia Society’s Wills and Trusts Seminars are held in the Spring and Fall of each year and cover topics such as: wills, estate planning, discretionary trusts, non-discretionary trusts, and registered disability savings plans.
These free Seminars are intended for individuals making their estate arrangements in order to care for a family member living with a mental illness or other disability. Spring Seminar: Date: Thursday, May 14th, 2015 Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Place: Vancouver Public Library – Peter Kaye Room

Schizophrenia Awareness Day

Every year on the 24th of May we want to paint the country purple! We ask that you wear purple to show unity in bringing awareness to schizophrenia, and to show support for those affected by the illness.
