The BCSS Coordinator for Bulkley Valley is: Toby Coupe. Our office is located on the second floor of the Smithers Community Services Building, located in the old train station at 3815 Railway Avenue, Box 3603, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0. Phone/Fax 847-9779. Toll Free: 1 888 847-9779.

Our office hours are flexible. Toby is usually in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. If she am not in the office please feel free to leave a phone message. We check for messages regularly.

The BCSS Office in Terrace provides:

• free support and information for caregivers of individuals who may have or have been diagnosed with a mental illness
• free handouts, books and videos for caregivers to borrow on a variety of mental illnesses
• free education for family members through the Strengthening Families Together program
• free education for community groups through our Partnership Education Program or talks on specific subjects related to mental illness
