Do you want to be a part of the great team supporting the BC Schizophrenia Society (BCSS)?
BCSS is looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of those affected by schizophrenia. BCSS provides education, support, and advocacy for family members and caregivers of those living with schizophrenia.
As a board member, you’d be reviewing policy and direction for BCSS, participating in fundraising initiatives, working on public policy campaigns, and much more.
The BCSS Board meets monthly and each board member is expected to contribute approximately three hours per month to meetings, plus other activities.
You can help make a difference
If you’re enthusiastic, passionate, have knowledge of the BC mental health system, and want to help us build a province that better supports people living with serious mental illness and their families… consider joining the BCSS Board.
Please send in your application form to become a board director to info@bcss.org.
Deadline to submit your nomination application: July 2, 2021
