Do you have a friend or family member living with mental illness? – You are not alone
Our peer-led support group welcomes everyone, not just families, seeking a safe space to discuss concerns, share experiences and to gather resources for navigating times affected by mental illness and problematic substance use. Using the NAMI approach, we will work together as a group with a clear intention to help increase our capacity to cope with difficult times
We will be meeting in the little green building (the Food Pantry /Mental Health Resource Centre) located beside the Small Hall on Front Street in Skidegate.
NAMI Structure Family Support Group – In-Person
- The support group will be held last Tuesday of the month
- Time: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
- Location: 150 Front St, Skidegate, BC – in the little green building bedside the Small Hall
