DESCRIPTION:Are you concerned\, or impacted\, by a family member or close friend experiencing symptoms associated with a persistent mental illness or substance use? \nHaida Gwaii Mental Health Family Resource Centre – BCSS offers Support Groups for family members and close friends looking for support\, connections and community. \nThis month we will be introduced to Junk Journaling\, a creative form of storytelling where memories\, pictures\, drawings\, aspirations and intentions are stored. Like our stories\, the themes are unique and speak to our experiences or simply an aesthetic. It’s a free-form cut-and-paste pastime.
