DESCRIPTION: Haida Gwaii Mental Health Workshops: Supporting Our Understanding\, Supporting Our Community \nFree support for families and friends — because no one should have to navigate this alone. \nEach month\, we gather to share experiences\, build confidence\, and grow our capacity to support loved ones living with mental illness and/or a history of addiction. These guided sessions offer a safe\, welcoming space where stories are heard and stigma has no place. \nLight refreshments provided.
