Teens in Control is a free education and support program for children ages 13 – 18  years old. This is offered to the youth who have a family member with mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, etc.) or a substance use disorder. It offers a supportive space for adolescents to refine healthy coping strategies, deepen their mental health awareness, and connect with peers who share similar experiences.
