Facing Challenges and Learning New Skills Workshop Series – Virtual

Topics for the following dates:

  • November 18: Self-care — what it means for you. We’ll explore how self-care can look different for everyone and create a personalized self-care plan.
  • November 20: Inner dialogue — understanding and changing negative self-talk. Learn practical tools to shift your inner voice.
  • November 25: Setting healthy boundaries — learn what healthy boundaries look like and practice setting them in a safe, supportive space.
  • November 28: Protecting your boundaries — what to do when you or others push past your limits.
  • December 2: Enabling vs. supporting — understand the difference, explore whether you may be enabling a loved one, and learn how to offer healthy, supportive help instead.
  • December 4: Trust and forgiveness — explore how to rebuild trust, let go of past hurts, and move forward with compassion.
