BCSS Youth: Teens In Control x Foundry Quesnel

This free 8-week psychoeducational program is intended for youth, ages 13 – 18 years old, who have a family member or friend with a mental illness or substance use issue. Official diagnosis is not needed. Each session will provide youth with the opportunity to connect with peers who share similar experiences while learning about mental illness, self-care techniques, and skills for communicating with a loved one with mental illness.

  • Dates: Thursdays from October 1 – November 19, 2026
  • Time: 3:00 – 5:00 PM
  • Location: 372 Anderson Drive at The Landing Place in Quesnel
