100 Mile House Family Support Group
February 24 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Do you have a friend or family member living with mental illness? – You are not alone.
BCSS Family Support Groups offer a safe and supportive environment for family and friends to share, ask questions, and connect with others who are also supporting a loved one with mental illness or substance use disorder. Family Support Groups are led by trained facilitators or educators, and they provide support and resources to family members and caregivers of individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness.
Sessions may include various topics, including: support and empathy from other family members, techniques for improved communication, how to access community resources, mental health services, and after-hours support.
