BCSS is running FSGs in Cowichan on the following dates:

March 16,  4:00 – 5:30 pm: Salt Spring island 

Location: 129 Hereford Ave, Salt Spring Island

 March 23,   6:30 – 8:00 pm: Duncan 

Location: Cowichan Family Life office–after hours Evans Street, second alcove, Duncan BC

SESSIONS MAY COVER VARIOUS TOPICS, INCLUDING:

  • support and empathy from other family members
  • techniques for improved communication
  • how to access community resources, mental health services, and after-hours support
