Kids in Control is a free education and support program for children ages 8 – 12. This is offered to the youth who have a family member with mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, etc.) and/or substance use disorder. It aims to foster resilience and increase knowledge and understanding of mental illness. It is currently offered as an eight-week online group. Each session is approximately 1.5 hours long and happens once per week.

• Weekly, every Monday, from February 3 – March 17, 2025 (*No session on February 17 due to STAT holiday)
• Location: 7086 Pioneer Avenue, Agassiz, BC
• Time: 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
