BCSS Youth: Kids In Control x CMHA Vernon

KIC x CMHA Vernon

We are holding Kids In Control in partnership with CMHA Vernon! This is a free eight-week education and support program for children aged 8-12 years old who have a loved one with a mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, etc.) and/or substance use disorder. Kids In Control aims to foster resilience and increase knowledge and understanding of mental illness.

  • Dates: Wednesdays, from October 23 to December 11, 2024
  • Time: 4:00 – 5:00 PM PST
  • Location: Canadian Mental Health Association: Youth Integrated Services Hub (YISH) – 3304 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C8
