Teens in Control is a 2-day workshop held virtually. Teens in Control provides support, education, coping skills, and a safe space to talk, to youth with a family member who has a mental illness. Teens in Control is for participants between the ages of 13-18, across BC.

New sessions begin regularly. The deadline to register for our September 20th and 27th workshop is September 9th.
