Teens in Control is a free education and support program for children ages 13 – 18 . This is offered to the youth who have a family member with mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, etc.) or a substance use disorder. Topics include self-care, boundary setting, communication skills and other resources.
