Kids in Control x Sq’éwqel (Seabird Island Band)

Kids in Control is a free, supportive 8-week program for youth ages 8–12 who are impacted by mental illness in their family. Through games, crafts, and stigma-free conversations about mental health, kids learn coping strategies they can use for life.
