If you are looking for connection, empathy, and support as you care for a loved one struggling with a mental illness, reach out to the BC Schizophrenia Society.

Sessions may cover various topics, including:

  • Support and empathy from other family members
  • Techniques for improved communication
  • How to access community resources, mental health services, and after-hours support

There will be light refreshments and drop-ins are welcome.

Support groups are held in-person on Jan. 23rd, Feb 13th, and Mar 13th at the Guildford Library Meeting Room 15105 105 Ave Surrey.
