Vancouver Coastal Region: BCSS Strengthening Families Together

Are you a family member, caregiver or a friend caring for a loved one living with a mental illness? You are not alone!
BCSS is offering online education courses that consist of two modules, one providing information about mental illness and the second will share valuable strategies of how to support your loved one living with a mental illness. Each module will be taught through four 90 min sessions.

Understanding Mental Illness
Module 1: Jan 25, and Feb 1, 8, 15

Impact of Mental Illness on the Family
Module 2: Feb 22 and March 1, 8, 15
